Real estate broker Shane Newell specializes in commercial properties. As a property specialist, Newell directed a statewide development plan for SBA Towers' wireless telecommunication expansion. In 2002, Newell joined KeyBank National Association where he became Vice-President of Corporate Real Estate and was named Most Valuable Team Player of 2003.
In 2004, Newell elected to rejoin the independent market as a real estate investor and consultant. He provides site acquisition services for several peferred developers, private RIET's and KeyBank National Association. He heads Empire Commercial Real Estate and Field View Development. His holdings include The KeyBank Building in Cooperstown, NY.
Newell is a founding member of Select Sotheby's International Realty.
